At the Heart of the Port-Cros National Park

After thirty minutes of navigation using the thermal engine, you arrive at the wild and mysterious bay of Port-Man, the starting point of our non-stop sea excursion. This 2-hour narrated sea journey will be conducted in electric mode along the north face of the island, providing a new and environmentally friendly navigation experience. You can savor a different way of sailing: no noise, no odor, and no CO₂ emissions in the heart of the Park...

 

During this narrated sea excursion, you will discover the core of the Port-Cros National Park in the silence and respect of this preserved site that only the O2 can offer. The proximity to the coasts will allow you to appreciate the historical heritage as well as the richness that the fauna and flora of the natural heritage of Port-Cros have to offer.

 

An immersion into the history of the Golden Isles that begins with the legend of Prince Olbianus and his four daughters... The era of piracy and its famous figures. Next comes the military period with the establishment of forts, followed by the 20th century and private owners... Particularly the Henry family, who made Port-Cros the island of writers and helped create the Port-Cros National Park in 1963. We will discuss the Park's missions and measures for environmental preservation.
